Licenced Building Practitioners

LBP’s are tradespeople whose skills have been assessed and meet the standards required to be licenced to carry out Restricted Building Work.

Environmental and Sustainable Building

CBG Quality Construction strives to ensure our construction sites are as environmentally friendly as possible. With up to 50% of landfill waste in New Zealand being a direct result of construction debris, we strive to minimise this. We act onsite by employing Wanaka Wastebusters services and separating waste into recyclable options. We focus on the necessity to reduce, re-use &  recycle, so nothing is ever rubbish until the job is complete.

We regularly offer our clients advice on sustainable environmentally friendly building product alternatives that can be used within the scope of the construction documents provided and where possible choose alternative supply options.

Homestar Practitioner

Homestar is the best place to find out how well your existing home is performing for you and your family in terms of Energy, Health and Comfort, Water, Waste and more.

If you are planning a new home, we as Homestar Practitioners can provide you with professional advice about incorporating good environmental design and to help you get the appropriate Homestar Rating.
