Hunting Lodge

Blackpeak Road House

Rafe Maclean Architects.

We were employed as the main contractor to construct this 300m2 architecturally designed private dwelling by Rafe Maclean Architects.

This house consisted of six different finished slab levels achieved in three pours, geothermal under floor heating, thermal breaks from interior to exterior incorporated into the slab along with many other modern building techniques.
